Nothing like a little good old fashioned American ingenuity to brighten up an awful time.  New Jersey-based Alfred Brodmann has decided that he had had enough with hard to control ping pong paddles and silly grips. So Brodmann, who has done eye hand coordination work, has developed a new paddle that has no shaft. He claims his new Brodmann Blade makes for a faster, easier more intuitive game of table tennis. What’s also way sweet is a set of paddles, balls and cool case runs only $99. Now if we could only bring his ideas to say golf, then we could all be Tiger Woods … except without the womanizing of course.
